hhukd is intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Access to the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Users must meet the minimum age requirement in order to create an account, view profiles, engage in communication, or use any feature of the App.

During account creation, users are required to confirm their age and eligibility. We take reasonable and proportionate steps to discourage and restrict access by individuals under the age of 18. Any account suspected of being operated by or associated with a minor may be reviewed and, if necessary, suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.

hhukd reserves the right to take corrective action when age violations are identified, including disabling accounts, removing content, and cooperating with lawful requests. These measures are implemented to protect minors, maintain platform integrity, and comply with applicable child protection laws and regulations.

3. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

hhukd enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any form of content, communication, solicitation, or behavior that involves minors in a sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate context is strictly prohibited on the platform.

This prohibition applies to all areas of the App, including but not limited to user profiles, images, videos, messages, usernames, descriptions, and interactions. Attempts to create, upload, distribute, request, or facilitate access to CSAM, as well as grooming behavior or coercive interactions involving minors, are treated as severe violations of platform rules.

Accounts found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM-related activity are subject to immediate enforcement action, which may include account suspension, permanent banning, and removal of associated content. Such actions may be taken without prior notice in order to protect users and maintain platform safety.

Where required by applicable law or when credible risk is identified, hhukd takes appropriate steps to report suspected CSAE or CSAM activity to relevant regional or national authorities and cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.

4. Reporting and Moderation

hhukd provides accessible in-app tools that allow users to report profiles, messages, images, videos, or behavior that may violate community standards or raise safety concerns, including issues related to child protection and CSAE.

Reports submitted by users are reviewed through moderation processes designed to assess potential violations in a timely and responsible manner. Depending on the nature of the report, reviews may involve automated systems, human moderation, or a combination of both.

Based on the outcome of the review, hhukd may take appropriate action, which can include content removal, warnings, temporary account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination. Enforcement actions are applied in accordance with the severity of the violation and the need to protect users and the platform.

hhukd encourages users to report any activity they believe may pose a risk to child safety. Reports are handled with care and confidentiality, and retaliation against users who submit good-faith reports is not tolerated.
